Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern use of Favourez CRM at crm.favourez.com and tenant workspaces on *.favourez.com. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Favourez CRM is a multi-tenant CRM. Each workspace can use WhatsApp inbox and broadcasts, email inbox and campaigns, leads and pipelines, and social publishing. Workspace admins may connect Facebook Pages, Instagram Business/Creator accounts, LinkedIn profiles or Company Pages, TikTok accounts, and YouTube channels. We act on your behalf only after you authorize each connection.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect each account and to publish the content you submit.
• You must follow the terms of third-party platforms you connect, including Meta / Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service, Google API Services User Data Policy, and WhatsApp Business terms.
• Do not use the service to spam, harass, infringe rights, or break applicable law.
• Keep login credentials secure and limit admin access to people who should manage connected accounts.

4. Connected platforms

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, and email providers operate their own APIs. Outages, quota limits, privacy settings (for example YouTube or TikTok restricting a video's visibility), processing delays, or policy enforcement by those platforms are outside our control. TikTok does not allow the CRM to delete a published TikTok video through its API, so you must remove it in TikTok. You can disconnect any integration in Social → Accounts, WhatsApp/email settings, or by revoking the app in that platform's account settings (Google permissions, LinkedIn permitted services, Meta Apps and Websites, or TikTok Apps and services permissions).

5. Acceptable use

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is abusing the service, violating these Terms, or putting other customers or platform partners at risk.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for content you publish through connected accounts.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
